If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear video of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue. As our products are specially made and printed for each order, returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
