1. About HEMNIK

HEMNIK is an online brand offering premium wall décor, acrylic photo prints, personalized artwork, and related products.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display product images, colours, dimensions, materials, and other information as accurately as possible.

However, minor differences in colour, appearance, texture, or finish may occur due to:

  • Printing and manufacturing processes

  • Natural variations in materials

Such minor differences shall not be considered a product defect.

3. Personalized & Custom Products

For personalized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, photographs, names, dates, text, and other customization details.

Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible.

HEMNIK is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information, spelling, photographs, or instructions submitted by the customer.

Customers should carefully review all information before submitting an order.

4. Customer-Uploaded Images & Content

By uploading photographs, artwork, logos, or other content to HEMNIK, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.

  • Your content does not violate another person's intellectual property rights.

  • Your content does not contain unlawful or prohibited material.

You grant HEMNIK permission to use the submitted content solely for processing and fulfilling your order.

HEMNIK is not responsible for copyright or ownership disputes arising from content supplied by customers.

5. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other fees will be displayed during the purchase process where applicable.

HEMNIK reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors.

If an order is affected by a significant pricing error, HEMNIK may cancel the order and provide a refund of any amount already paid.

6. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase a product.

An order is considered accepted once HEMNIK confirms the order and/or begins processing it.

HEMNIK reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If HEMNIK cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for that order will be refunded.

7. Payments

Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available on the HEMNIK website.

We do not store your complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials on our servers.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers according to their respective terms and policies.

8. Production & Processing

Personalized products may require additional processing and production time.

The estimated production time will be communicated on the product page or during checkout wherever applicable.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote locations

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect address or contact information

  • Events beyond HEMNIK's control

HEMNIK shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

10. Damaged Products

Our products are carefully packed before dispatch.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact HEMNIK within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of:

  • The delivered product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged area

This information may be required to investigate the issue and process an eligible replacement or refund.

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

11. Returns & Refunds

Because many HEMNIK products may be personalized or made specifically according to customer requirements, returns may not be accepted for products that have been customized or produced according to customer specifications, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

12. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once a personalized/custom product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed according to HEMNIK's refund policy.

  • Interfere with website functionality
